If you track developments in native Australian foods, I guess you've seen the Noble Rise breads (see this site (www.blandaid.com.au) for the great ads promoting the range) and tried the Outback spices and Mountain pepper variants. Also Berri's Wild Rosella drink with apple and strawberry is full of antioxidants apart from tasting great.

Then there's the cheeses from Tilba which include pepperberry and Alpine pepper and some great sauces under the Taylor's Wild Harvest label.

All these in your local supermarket, just for the picking.

And of course, if you are into super health, check out Kakadu Juice (www.kakadujuice.com/superfoods) for the ultimate antioxidant beverage using wild Australian superfoods.
